H50113 Modem Dial Up compatibility issue w/ DELL Inspiron 3847

There is a known issue for H50113 USB Modem to perform Dial Up Connection w/ DELL Inspiron 3847. Despite H50113 driver is installed correctly and able to send/receive fax, see below.

The dial up process is not able to complete and establish connection.
We recommend customer to choose another modem H50228 to avoid incompatibility issue.
