H50113 USB 3.0 compatiblity resolved by disable Intel xHCI under UEFI BIOS Advance Mode

ASUS Z87 Motherboard w/ UEFI BIOS
Windows 7 Pro 32-bit

Windows Fax and Scan can't send fax correctly


Restart the computer and press DEL to to into the UEFI BIOS Screen


Go to Advance


Go to USB Configuration


Disable Intel xHCI mode



Reboot the PC and Windows Fax and Scan send Fax w/ no problem
